Recognizing the short-term nature of employment during the construction phase, CCS JV’s training programs are targeted at developing skills that are transferable across projects and industries not just in Mozambique, but world-wide.

Craft Training

CCS JV has created a comprehensive on-the-job approach to training, supported by an on-site training facility for short courses.

Non-Craft Training

CCS JV is committed to providing training and development opportunities to employees of all skill levels. CCS JV will roll out the following programs for Non-Craft employees:

  • Short-term Engineering Internships for undergraduate students
  • Graduate Field Engineering Program
