Recognizing the short-term nature of employment during the construction phase, CCS JV’s training programs are targeted at developing skills that are transferable across projects and industries not just in Mozambique, but world-wide.
CCS JV has created a comprehensive on-the-job approach to training, supported by an on-site training facility for short courses.
CCS JV is committed to providing training and development opportunities to employees of all skill levels. CCS JV will roll out the following programs for Non-Craft employees:
- Formal Supervisor Training Courses
- Short-term Engineering Internships for undergraduate students
- Graduate Field Engineering Program
